REMAX has announced the launch of REMAX Proactive, a new office in Perth’s south, as the network looks to solidify its presence in the city’s growth corridor.
The office, located in Willetton, will be led by Fahim Kabir, who transitions into ownership from a business development manager role with another REMAX franchise.
Kabir said that moving forward as a business owner would allow him to remain aligned with the REMAX brand while continuing to pursue the next phase of his professional development.
Having spent a decade in the industry, Kabir said he would leverage his experience in real estate and construction to provide clients in the city’s south with a unique perspective.
“For me, being able to provide practical, informed advice that not only assists clients today but also positions them well for the future is incredibly important,” Kabir said.
“From a business perspective, having ownership over the processes, culture, and direction of the business was a major motivating factor as I continue building for long-term growth.”
Western Australia-based business growth manager Simon Withers said that under the leadership of Kabir, the new office would be well-positioned to serve the diverse client base of Perth’s southern suburbs.

REMAX Australia managing director Joel Davoren said the addition of another office in Perth, led by an internal professional, reflected the strength of the network’s development systems.
