PRD has announced the expansion of its services in Victoria, launching a mobile agent office that will operate across the Greater Geelong area.
The mobile agency, known as PRD Highton, will be led by principal and licensee Kim Stinton.
The new office will focus on servicing Geelong’s south-west, including Grovedale, Mount Duneed, Torquay, and nearby lifestyle pockets.
Stinton brings nine years of real estate experience to the network, including operating as a mobile agent in a previous role.
She said the opportunity to continue operating as a mobile agent while being supported by a major network played a major role in her decision to join PRD.
“I chose to join PRD because I liked the mobile agent model and support structure,” she said.
Stinton said the lack of a brick-and-mortar location allowed her to travel to clients and meet them where they found most convenient, making them feel more comfortable with the process and allowing her to provide an enhanced level of service.
“This flexibility helps my clients feel like the experience is all about them, and that is what I’m here for: to put them number one and just make life that little bit easier.”
“The way the business is expanding across Victoria shows they understand where the market is heading and how agents need to operate to meet client needs.”
PRD managing director Todd Hadley said the recent growth of the region’s property market made the location the logical next step for the brand’s expansion in Victoria.
“PRD Highton allows us to service a broad and diverse market while maintaining the personalised, research-led approach PRD is known for,” Hadley said.
He added that launching the new service in Geelong would strengthen the brand’s presence as it seeks to meet greater demand from lifestyle buyers.
“Kim’s experience, professionalism, and client-focused approach make her an excellent representative of the PRD brand.”
“We’re pleased to support her as part of our expansion into Greater Geelong and look forward to seeing PRD continue to grow across Victoria,” he concluded.
