Belle Property has strengthened its foothold in the southeast Queensland property market, launching an office in a rural township 60km west of Brisbane.
Belle Property has announced the opening of a new office, expanding the network's presence in southeast Queensland’s regional market.
The new office, located in Lowood, will serve clients throughout the Somerset and Lockyer Valley regions and will be led by local agent Brett Barry.
Barry brings more than two decades of real estate industry experience to the office and will be supported by local sales agent and auctioneer Sean O’Connor.
At Belle, Barry said he would drive a personalised approach to service for clients, combining local knowledge with the network’s national reach.
“People want genuine advice, clear communication and an agent who will go above and beyond to make things happen,” Barry said.
“By combining our local knowledge and relationships with Belle Property’s marketing and national reach, we can offer sellers a real point of difference while also attracting a broader pool of buyers from across the country.”
Belle Property Head of QLD David Holmes said the office opening reflected the brand’s continued expansion into lifestyle-driven regions across Queensland.
“Lowood and the broader Somerset and Lockyer valley regions are experiencing strong demand from buyers seeking lifestyle-driven locations within reach of Brisbane, and we see significant long-term opportunity in the market,” Holmes said.
He said the new office would seek to leverage the pair's combined experience and existing community connections.
“Their values align strongly with the Belle property brand, and we are excited to support them as they bring a premium level of marketing and service to the region.”
