The real estate network has announced the expansion of its presence in south-western Sydney, with a new office opening to solidify its foothold in the more affordable housing market.

First National has strengthened its presence in Sydney’s south-west following the launch of First National Real Estate Aziz Hoque Property.

The new office, located in Glenfield, will be led by director and selling principal Aziz Hoque.

Hoque brings 16 years of industry experience across residential sales, investment strategy, and portfolio management to the new office, including stints with Century 21 and LJ Hooker.

He said the decision to establish an office under the First National banner was driven by shared values between himself and the network.

“The level of support, cooperation, and genuine investment from the corporate team made it clear this is a partnership,” Hoque said.

“It mirrors the same high standard of service I expect to deliver to my clients.”

Hoque said the office would provide residential sales, property management, auctions, and commercial services, delivered through a “quality over volume” operating model.

“We intentionally limit the number of properties we manage at any one time. That allows us to provide a more considered strategy, stronger negotiation, and consistent communication throughout the process.”

“Every property deserves a premium approach. Clients should not feel like they are part of a production line.”

He said that the office would maintain a strong focus on the local markets, positioning itself as a community-based agency.

“We are here to support our community. That means understanding local conditions, engaging with residents, and delivering outcomes that align with their long-term goals,” Hoque concluded.
