First National Real Estate expands into Sydney’s south-west with a new Glenfield office focused on residential, commercial, and property management, operating under a quality over volume approach.

The new office, First National Real Estate Aziz Hoque Property, will be led by director and selling principal Aziz Hoque, who brings 16 years of experience across residential sales, investment strategy, and portfolio management.

Hoque said the move to establish his own office under the First National banner reflected a shift towards a more collaborative and client-focused model.

“The decision to align with First National was driven by its culture,” Hoque said.

“The level of support, cooperation and genuine investment from the corporate team made it clear this is a partnership. It mirrors the same high standard of service I expect to deliver to my clients.”

Across the Glenfield area, the new office will service residential sales, property management, auctions, and commercial property.

Hoque said the team would focus on the local community, engaging with residents, and delivering outcomes aligned with their long-term goals while operating as a full-service agency.

“Our aim is to deliver a higher standard of service while keeping fees fair and reasonable. We want to ensure that both home owners and investors can access professional advice without unnecessary cost,” Hoque said.

Additionally, Hoque said the office would follow a “quality over volume” operating model.

“Every property deserves a premium approach. Clients should not feel like they are part of a production line.”

“We intentionally limit the number of properties we manage at any one time. That allows us to provide a more considered strategy, stronger negotiation and consistent communication throughout the process,” Hoque said.

To mark the launch, the office will host a “Stress-Free Move” initiative, providing clients with transitional accommodation support and tailored planning sessions.
