First National Real Estate has strengthened its Sydney north-west footprint with the addition of an established agency specialising in residential, commercial, and project sales.
Located in Carlingford, the new First National Real Estate Co Bridge Group office will be led by Charles Fu, who brings nearly 20 years of experience across residential, commercial, and project marketing.
Having built Co Bridge Group into an established local agency since launching it in 2015, Fu said joining First National was a strategic move to support the next stage of growth.
“I recognised that joining First National created the opportunity to take our business further within a cooperative model that prioritises shared success,” Fu said.
Fu said the office approach would continue to build on disciplined service delivery and a focus on long-term client relationships.
Under its new banner, the First National Real Estate Co Bridge Group will service buyers and sellers across the whole property range, including residential, property management, auctions, commercial transactions and project marketing.
Fu said the office would benefit from First National digital marketing capability, flexible brand structure and strong leadership and communications support.
“Real estate is not simply transactional. It is about helping people realise their plans, secure their future and make informed decisions with confidence,” he said.
Additionally, he said that the office will prioritise strong property management standards, aiming to deliver consistent outcomes for landlords and a positive experience for tenants.
“We aim to deliver outcomes that are both commercially sound and professionally executed. That requires attention to detail and a clear commitment to doing what we say we will do.”
