Raine & Horne continues to prioritise growth by appointing an executive to strengthen its recruitment capabilities and build a talent pipeline.
The network has appointed experienced recruitment professional Stephanie Wong to lead the network’s newly established Talent function as part of the group’s Align and Accelerate growth strategy.
Wong brings a background in recruitment spanning property, funds management and capital markets to her position at the network.
In her new role, Wong will establish recruitment systems while building and managing a national candidate pipeline through the Talent function.
The network said that Wong would support the new Talent platform, designed to streamline recruitment processes, reduce time-to-hire costs and support principals in attracting and retaining talent.
Raine & Horne CEO Chris Nicholl said the appointment of Wong would allow the brand to accelerate its recruitment outcomes and strengthen retention, as it has identified talent as the most important driver of its growth.
“Her appointment allows us to take a more coordinated, national approach to talent recruitment and retention, while supporting our offices with better systems, stronger pipelines and a clearer employer value proposition,” Nicholl said.
He said it was vital for the network to have a strong recruitment system in place, as it would impact office performance, market positioning and brand strength.
“As we continue to grow our network, having a centralised, best-in-class Talent function is critical.”
“This initiative will help our principals and leaders attract the right people faster, improve retention and ultimately deliver better outcomes for our principals and their offices.”
As part of its Align and Accelerate strategy, Raine & Horne has recently announced a partnership with REA Group and the acquisition of two floors of prime real estate in Sydney’s CBD.
