Australia’s most innovative real estate professionals and businesses have taken centre stage at the second annual REB Innovation Awards, recognising the agents, agencies, networks, and proptech pioneers reshaping the future of property.
Held in Sydney on Thursday, 25 June, the REB Innovation Awards brought together the industry’s biggest innovators, disruptors, and technology leaders, with support from principal partner, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
More than 200 of the nation’s leading agents, property managers, executives, founders and proptech innovators gathered for an evening celebrating the ideas, technology, and leadership transforming Australian real estate.
A total of 26 winners were crowned across the highly competitive awards program, recognising the individuals and organisations setting new benchmarks for innovation, growth and customer experience across the sector.

This year’s winners include Taleah Thomas, Colliers Wollongong as Commercial Sales Agent innovator of the year, Barry Plant as major network of the year, and InvestorKit as residential buyers agency of the year, who stood out among a fiercely contested field of the industry’s most forward-thinking professionals and businesses.
Adam Nobel from the Hugo Alexander Property Group received the coveted editor's choice award, selected from winners throughout the evening.
The 26 winners emerged from a record-breaking field of finalists, with the judging process highlighting the extraordinary pace of innovation sweeping across Australian real estate.
The achievement cements their position as market leaders, strengthens brand credibility and showcases their ability to stay ahead in an increasingly competitive and technology-driven landscape.
