Belle Property has announced its latest expansion, opening a Queensland office anchored by the local knowledge of a lifelong resident.

The new office, located in Bundaberg, will be led by incoming principal Brad Barth, who brings six years of industry experience to the role.

Barth moved from McGrath to spearhead the network’s latest expansion and leverage his community connection and knowledge as a lifelong resident of Bundaberg’s lifestyle-driven property market.

He said that the brand’s reputation and the calibre of its professionals played a major role in his decision to join the network.

Barth said the opening of the new branch marked the next step for the network in the region, as buyers across a range of demographics looked to purchase in the regional market.

“Bundaberg continues to attract people seeking an exceptional lifestyle, more space and strong value, making it the perfect time to introduce Belle Property’s premium lifestyle-focused brand to the market,” Barth said.

“By combining our local knowledge with its national reach, we can deliver greater exposure, stronger outcomes and better experience for our clients.”

The network said that the Bundaberg real estate market had emerged as one of Queensland’s most attractive lifestyle destinations, drawn in by its mix of coastal living, semi-rural acreage and value for money.

Belle Property Queensland head of state David Holmes said that as affordability pressures continued to push buyers away from the capital city markets, regional lifestyle centres like Bundaberg were set to benefit.

“Bundaberg continues to experience strong growth as more Australians seek lifestyle-driven locations that offer both value and opportunity.”

Holmes said Barth’s appointment would be a significant boost to the network’s ability to service clients in the area.

“Brad’s local knowledge, strategic approach and commitment to delivering client experiences make him an outstanding leader for the Bundaberg office.”
