Realmark has announced the launch of a new office in Western Australia’s mid-west region as the brand strengthens its presence in one of the state’s most active property markets.
The new office, located in Geraldton, will be led by experienced director Jordan James and managing director Ellene Watkins.
The expansion marks the second office under the pair’s leadership, with Realmark’s Karratha branch also managed by the duo.
Realmark Geraldton will provide residential sales and property management services to the rapidly growing coastal market and surrounding areas in the mid-west.
James said the network’s expansion into regional WA would enable the office to provide its services across one of the state’s most active markets.
“We’re seeing strong demand from owner-occupiers, investors, and families attracted by the lifestyle, affordability, and economic opportunities the region offers,” James said.
“The city’s growth is being supported by major infrastructure investment, employment opportunities and its growing appeal as a lifestyle destination and FIFO base.”
He said that the limited housing supply and competitive rental market had seen a surge in confidence in the town’s property sector.
Watkins said the expansion of Realmark into the Geraldton market reflected the network’s commitment to regional Western Australia.
“Our approach has always been centred on relationships, local knowledge, and delivering results that matter to our clients. Geraldton is a community with enormous potential,” Watkins said.
Realmark founder and managing director John Percudani said the expansion office was primed to capitalise on the strength of the Geraldton market.
“Jordan and Ellene have consistently demonstrated what’s possible when strong local leadership is backed by innovation, expertise and a genuine commitment to the community.”
“Their track record in regional Western Australia has set the benchmark for real estate performance, and Geraldton is a natural next step.
