BresicWhitney has announced the appointment of a new CEO, promoting an experienced leader from within the network.
The network has appointed Will Gosse as chief executive officer, effective immediately.
Gosse brings more than a decade of experience within the brand to the role, having previously held the position of director and COO.
BresicWhitney founder and director Shannan Whitney said the appointment of Gosse marked a new chapter for the network.
“Will is a grounded leader who understands the spirit of BresicWhitney.”
“He has helped shape the opportunities that have defined our business for the better, and those that will drive us forward,” Whitney said.
Gosse said he would seek to support the network’s staff to ensure they can provide the best service to clients as the business grows.
“My focus is where it’s always been – on our people, the standard of work we deliver, and a culture that nurtures not only high performance, but curiosity and creativity in us all,” Gosse said.
“That’s the foundation we’ll continue to build on as we move forward with considered ambition.”
With over $3 billion in transactions annually across Sydney’s lifestyle and harbourside properties, Gosse said it was vital that clients in the market be treated with humility and integrity.
“Carrying the BresicWhitney standard takes intention and conviction. That’s not new, and neither is our commitment to it.”
