The network has strengthened its position in Queensland’s Wide Bay-Burnett region by launching its second office, spearheaded by a local industry leader.
Coronis has announced its continued expansion into the Bundaberg real estate market, with the new office in Childers to be led by agency director Emily Gordon.
Gordon brings more than two decades of experience in property management, leasing, sales, business development, and team leadership to the new office.
Coronis Childers will be the second agency operated by Gordon under the brand, having already operated the Coronis Bundaberg office, where she grew the business's rent roll to more than 450 properties.
“Opening Coronis Bundaberg showed me what was possible when you back yourself and back your community,” Gordon said.
“Childers is a place I believe in, and I am excited to bring the same level of service and care to the people here.”
Coronis CEO Karuna Mazzocchi said that Gordon had shown the qualities required to be a strong leader within the network.
“Opening a second office is a significant milestone and reflects exactly what our partnership model is designed to make possible,” Mazzocchi said.
Mazzocchi said that Gordon was doing more than just opening rural offices in the Bundaberg region.
“What Emily is building is a genuine regional network, and she is just getting started.”
“Her growth reflects the very best of what Coronis stands for.”
