Belle Property has expanded its presence in Sydney’s north and north-west markets, launching a new office to strengthen its service in the area.
The network has entered the Epping market, opening a new office under the business leadership of experienced principals Chris Sahyoun and Thomas Perram.
The new office is an extension of the pair's existing business, with branches in Parramatta and Beecroft | Carlingford.
Belle said the new office will be led by sales agents Thomas Perram and Matthew Formosa, together with property investment consultant George Kollias.
Perram said the office expansion reflected the group’s commitment to delivering a connected and comprehensive real estate experience.
“Epping is a natural extension of our business and represents an opportunity to further support clients across Sydney’s northern and north-western suburbs,” Perram said.
“Bringing together our collective expertise allows us to provide an even greater level of service, connecting more buyers, investors and tenants with our clients’ properties and delivering premium outcomes through the strength of our network and local knowledge.”
Kollias said Epping presented an opportunity for both investors and first-home buyers, driven by infrastructure, transport connectivity, employment hubs, and lifestyle amenities.
He said the new office would allow the business to provide an enhanced service to clients across the north and north-western suburbs.
“By bringing together the expertise of our Parramatta, Beecroft | Carlingford and Epping teams, we are able to provide clients with deeper market insights, broader reach and a more tailored level of service.”
“We are committed to helping clients maximise the performance of their investments and build long-term wealth through informed advice and strategic guidance.”
