BresicWhitney has strengthened its commercial property division, adding two professionals to further support the network’s offering across the Sydney market.
The network has appointed Tony Youssef as commercial manager and Michael Lahood as commercial associate as the newest additions to the business.
Youssef will lead the BresicWhitney commercial management, leveraging more than two decades of experience, while Lahood will draw on his business ownership expertise to support service delivery and strategy.
The network said that the appointments reflected a renewed commitment to the commercial sector, forming a key part of its portfolio of 5,000 managements and $3 billion in annual property sales.
BresicWhitney head of property management, Chantelle Collin, said that managing a portfolio was about balancing all of the facets of a client’s property journey.
“Being a trusted advisor across the investment life cycle is paramount for us, as is investing in the people who make that possible,” Collin said.
Youssef said he would continue to nurture existing client relationships and strengthen the growth opportunities in his new role.
“Portfolio management has changed significantly in recent years, and so have client expectations. BresicWhitney continues to set the standard in how they think about and deliver on both.”
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the team and shape our commercial offering into the future.”
