LJ Hooker has enhanced its growth team by appointing a new leader to drive the network’s expansion across South Australia, Western Australia, and the Northern Territory.
The network has announced the appointment of Ayden Vojnic as its newest growth manager, who joins LJ Hooker from a senior role at Aussie Home Loans.
Vojnic brings more than 15 years of experience across project management, recruitment, enterprise sales, and stakeholder management to his new role.
He said he would leverage his experience across finance and real estate to drive new growth across the LJ Hooker network, with a focus on Western Australia, South Australia, and the Northern Territory.
“LJ Hooker has incredible brand recognition, and its market presence is a key driver in being able to recruit new business,” Vojnic said.
“It has such a strong reputation of trust, and the fact that it is a homegrown Australian-born enterprise adds to the appeal.”
LJ Hooker head of growth Jarita Rayasam said Vojnic’s prior experience in building pipelines and improving processes would be integral to the brand’s future.
“This appointment is an important investment for us, making sure our network is supported with high-impact expertise,” Rayasam said.
“Growing and strengthening the LJ Hooker network remains a key priority, and our focus is on attracting the right operators into the right markets, people who share our values and who want to build sustainable, high-performing businesses.”
She said the network would provide practical support alongside proven systems to ensure offices were best positioned in their given market.
Vojnic said his prior experience had given him an understanding of the importance of varying recruitment approaches to reaching the target market.
“It is about understanding the markets, the differences and doing research on the individual catchment areas before pitching.”
