Harcourts has bolstered its presence in Sydney’s south-west with an established office joining the network, as it continues to expand across NSW.
The network has launched its newest branch, Harcourts Glenfield & Austral, rebranding the office formerly known as Land & Lease Southwest Glenfield.
The office will be led by director and licensee Babu Pokhrel and supported by directors Ish Khanal and Min Bhusal.
Harcourts said that the transition marked a significant milestone, positioning the agency for continued growth across the city’s fast-moving residential corridor.
Pokhrel said that aligning with the network was the next natural evolution for the business.
“This rebrand is the result of years of hard work, dedication and, most importantly, the trust our clients have placed in us,” Pokhrel said.
He said that partnering with Harcourts had provided the platform and support needed to continue delivering strong outcomes for their clients.
Khanal and Bhusal said the rebranding of the agency was more than just a new name; it was a new chapter.
“Harcourts shares our commitment to quality, care and pride in everything we do,” they said.
“Those values have always been at the heart of our business, and we’re excited to continue building something special for our clients, our people and our community.”
The trio of directors said the rebrand would allow the agency to continue building on its existing success by prioritising the client experience.
“Joining Harcourts strengthens our ability to do exactly that. We remain committed to delivering exceptional service while helping our clients achieve their property goals with confidence.”
Harcourts NSW CEO Andrew McCulloch said the agency had built its reputation on professionalism, trust and care for clients.
“Their reputation within south-western Sydney speaks for itself, and we’re delighted to welcome Harcourts Glenfield & Austral to our growing NSW network.”
“The south-western Sydney corridor continues to be one of the state’s most exciting growth markets, and having experienced local operators representing the Harcourts brand in this region is a fantastic outcome for both the business and the communities they serve,” McCulloch said.
