REMAX Advanced has unveiled a new-look office located in the heart of a lifestyle community in South-East Queensland, boasting a stronger presence.

The Bribie Island-based agency has moved to a new location within the local shopping centre to enhance its presence in the region.

Broker-owner David Wereszczuk said the relocation of the office had helped to strengthen its connection to the local community while creating an opportunity for greater exposure.

“We wanted to create a space that not only met the needs of our team but was also welcoming and inviting for the public,” Wereszczuk said.

“Admittedly, we had a few people questioning whether it was the right move for a real estate office; however, the exposure and genuine connections we’ve made since opening the doors have been incredible.”

With more than 2.1 million visitors to the shopping centre each year, he said the new location and fit-out were designed to help break down the walls between agents and the general public by creating a welcoming environment to encourage connection and conversation.

“The office move and upgrade demonstrate our readiness to meet the expectations and needs of our clients, and we’re thrilled that people can enjoy doing business in our contemporary environment,” he said.

REMAX managing director Joel Davoren said the new office was a sign of Wereszczuk’s confidence in the team and local community.

“The REMAX brand means greater scope to choose and decide on marketing, promotion, and general business practices that increase local market relevance while accessing all of the benefits and resources of a global network,” Davoren said.
