Lifestyle has announced the expansion of its short-term rental accommodation and holiday property management business, extending its presence into key coastal destinations across NSW.
In its latest expansion, the network has introduced its short-term rental accommodation (STRA) business, Lifestyle Holidays, to Byron Bay, Coffs Harbour, and Forster.
The new locations will bridge the gap between its existing holiday accommodation footprints along the east coast markets.
Lifestyle Group CEO David Gray said the new office locations marked a milestone in the brand’s geographic presence, which stretches from the Mid North Coast to the Northern Rivers following the expansion.
“We aren’t just managing properties; we’re securing the absolute best of the NSW coastline, offering an unparalleled, connected experience for property investors, holiday home owners, and holiday guests alike,” Gray said.
Lifestyle Group head of holidays, Petra Broomby, said that the brand felt it was important to ensure that holiday investments were treated with the same level of care as a long-term property under management.
She said that the expansion would look to support its local clients through a boots-on-the-ground approach from its management team
“A holiday home shouldn’t just sit empty waiting for a digital booking – it should create a genuine connection. Our deep regional roots mean we know the seasons, the communities, and the small details that make a property perform,” Broomby said.
Gray said that while the expansion would amplify the network’s presence in the regional tourism sector, its growth strategy would remain focused on regional impact.
“When we scale our business, it’s always about backing our local communities. By bringing our specialised holiday division into these new markets, we’re actively investing in the long-term prosperity of these towns.”
“When our local businesses, property owners and regional tourism economies thrive, we all prosper.”
