A decade after first joining the network, a former property manager has returned to Harcourts to launch its new Perth office.

The network has announced the opening of Harcourts Infinity, located in Balcatta, north of Perth’s CBD.

The new office will be led by returning property professional Ayesha Shahnawaz, who comes back to the brand after establishing her own independent agency, Paradise Pulse Realty.

Shahnawaz said that having begun with the network a decade ago, a return felt like the next natural step for her career.

“Coming back to Harcourts feels like coming home. I started my real estate career with Harcourts, so the values and culture have always stayed with me,” Shahnawaz said.

She said that building her own agency had given her valuable connections to the local community, which she could use to provide better service through the network's platform.

In addition to the strength of service, Shahnawaz said she was attracted to a return to the brand by its people-first culture.

“The systems, technology, training and support available through Harcourts will allow our team to continue growing while maintaining the personalised service our clients have come to expect.”

“Real estate is ultimately about relationships. Every transaction is built on trust, and we’ve worked hard to earn that trust by putting our clients first.”

Harcourts Australia CEO Adrian Knowles said that Shahnawaz and the new office would look to leverage her existing reputation in the local area.

“We’re delighted she has chosen to return to Harcourts as she embarks on this new chapter, and we look forward to supporting the continued growth of Harcourts Infinity.”

With the Perth market continuing to benefit from a diverse range of buyers, Shahnawaz said she believed the timing was right for the next phase of her business.

“Our community continues to grow, and so do the opportunities within it.”
