Stone has boosted its presence in the Central Coast property market by acquiring the rent roll of a family-run local agency.
The network has announced the acquisition of the rent roll of local agency Brand Property The Entrance, expanding its footprint in the area.
The agency, formerly run by the local Lamont family, will join the network as part of its growth in the Central Coast market.
Stone Central Coast principal Abdullah Choudhari said the rent roll expansion would strengthen the network’s position in both sales and property management, whilst leveraging the scale and coverage of the network’s systems.
“This acquisition allows us to strengthen our property management capability and continue delivering the high level of service our clients have come to expect,” Choudhari said.
Stone Real Estate head of franchise, Luke Cameron, said the move reflected the brand’s focus on growth across key strategic markets.
“This acquisition is a fantastic outcome for Stone and an important step in our continued growth on the Central Coast,” Cameron said.
“Brand Property The Entrance has built an outstanding reputation in the local community under the ownership of the Lamont family, and we’re proud to see that legacy continue as Abdullah and his team take the business forward.”
He said the expansion would solidify the network’s services in the growing lifestyle hotspot.
“It allows us to further strengthen our offering across property management while supporting the continued expansion of Abdullah’s group in the region.”
In addition to the acquisition, Stone Central Coast will relocate to a larger office in Wyong, more prominently positioning the brand in the local market.
