The network has launched a new office in Melbourne’s western suburbs, led by a director with a business ownership background that ranges from hospitality to real estate.
The new First National Empire office, located in St Albans in Melbourne’s west, will be led by experienced industry professional Virender Kaindal.
In addition to his more than seven years in real estate, Kaindal will lean on his prior experience, having operated his own hospitality business before joining the industry.
He said the network’s collaborative and cooperative culture was a significant factor in his decision to align with the brand.
“The First National model allows me to remain independent while being supported by experienced business owners who genuinely work together,” Kaindal said.
“That combination gives me the confidence to continue growing a business focused on long-term relationships and exceptional service.”
The office will provide residential and commercial sales, property management, rural and lifestyle property, and auctions and clearing sales across Melbourne’s west.
Kaindal said the business would be built around genuine care and fostering lasting relationships with clients.
First National chief executive David Edwards said the appointment of Kaindal and the office in Melbourne’s west was an example of the network’s focus on attracting ambitious business owners who value independence.
“Virender has deliberately built his experience across different business models before establishing his own agency,” Edwards said.
He said the region would benefit from Kaindal’s energy, ability to build long-term client relationships and local market knowledge.
Edwards said the new office was a major boost for the network, and would strengthen its brand presence in the growing suburbs in Melbourne’s west.
“Melbourne’s western corridor continues to experience significant population growth and economic investment.”
