OBrien Real Estate has announced its expansion into a tightly held Melbourne corridor, led by a director with more than three decades of experience.
The network has launched a new office in Mount Waverley in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, led by local market veteran Peter Kladouris.
Kladouris brings almost three decades of industry and local market experience and has moved from Woodard’s, having owned and operated its office in the Waverley area.
OBrien Real Estate director Dean O’Brien said the network’s expansion reflected its commitment to growth led by experienced operators who share in its values.

The new office will provide residential sales and property management services, supported by the network’s systems and resources.
The network said the new office would strengthen its presence in one of Melbourne’s most tightly-held residential markets, which was seeing continued demand from the full spectrum of buyers.
With a median house price of $1.62 million, unit price of $1.1 million and interest from families, professionals and investors, O’Brien said Mount Waverley had the long-term fundamentals to support growth.
