A boutique agency has acquired a long-running business in the heart of Western Sydney, launching a third location as part of its continued strategic expansion.

TAG RE has announced the opening of a third office, having acquired a longstanding Westmead agency as the boutique agency strengthens its presence in the area’s property market.

The agency said the acquisition of the former Ray White office was the next step in the business’s growth, having scaled from four staff to more than 40 in just a few years.

With a residential portfolio of more than 1,250 properties as well as more than 470 sales in the past three years, the business has demonstrated strong growth.

TAG RE managing director Vedant Agrawal said the expansion was about more than just bolstering the brand’s visibility in the growing western Sydney market.

“Acquiring the long-standing Ray White Westmead office gave us the opportunity to build on an established local presence, but we also recognised the need for a larger, purpose-built space that reflects where our business is today and where it is heading,” Agrawal said.

“Growth has never been about opening more offices for the sake of it. Every decision we make is centred around delivering a better experience for our clients and creating an environment where our people have the support, resources and expertise to perform at their best.”

As the boutique agency continued to grow, Agrawal said focus remained on building lasting relationships and growing a people-first business, both for customers and staff.

“We believe exceptional customer service starts from within,” he said.

“When you invest in your people through training, leadership, technology, and the right support systems, they can focus on what matters most: delivering outstanding results and genuinely caring for every client.”
