Cunninghams has returned home on Sydney’s north coast, announcing the launch of a new office to bolster its footprint across the region.
Real estate agency Cunninghams has opened the doors of its latest office in Dee Why in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, marking a homecoming for the brand.
With more than 35 years operating in the area, Cunninghams said the new office reinforced its commitment to Dee Why’s vibrant and evolving communities.
Cunninghams managing director John Cunningham said returning to Dee Why felt like the natural next step for the brand.
“Dee Why has always been part of our story,” Cunningham said.
“We’ve had a strong presence here for many years; we’ve helped countless local families through their property journeys, and we’ve watched the suburb grow into the thriving community it is today.”
Located in the centre of Dee Why, Cunningham’s said the new office was designed to support collaboration and innovation, while providing the flexibility needed to grow alongside the community it serves.
The new office also strengthened the network service on the Northern Beaches, supported by established offices in Balgowlah and Avalon Beach.
Cunningham said that real estate was about more than just property, and that the business was built on relationships.
“It’s about people, families, and communities.”
“Having a home in Dee Why allows us to be even more connected to the people we work with every day, while continuing to deliver the personalised service Cunninghams has been known for over the past 35 years.”
