The network has enhanced its footprint on the Gold Coast, opening a new office in the heart of South-East Queensland’s growth corridor.
Harcourts Property Hub has bolstered its presence in the southern Gold Coast and northern NSW with the launch of a new office.
The office, based in Currumbin, will form part of the business led by group director Dave Manby and financial director Chris Manby.
Combining more than two decades of industry experience, the pair said the opening of an office in Currumbin was the next step for their business.
“Currumbin sits perfectly between Palm Beach and Coolangatta, making it an ideal hub for our coastal team,” they said.
“We’re seeing strong growth throughout Currumbin Waters, Elanora, and Tugun, while our recent licensing in NSW has allowed us to build an equally strong presence in Banora Point. Opening this office simply made sense.”
The duo said that Property Hub would continue to invest in the growth of its staff and presence, despite the uncertainty in the market.
“We believe that times like these create opportunities. While others might be waiting to see what happens next, we’re investing in our people, our clients, and the communities we serve because we are confident in the future of our market.”
The Manbys said the new office would strengthen the group’s ability to service buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in one of the nation’s fastest-growing regions.
Harcourts Queensland CEO Andrew Friebe said the expansion office was a boost to both Property Hub and the network, and a sign of the confidence both parties have in the continued growth of the market.
“Dave, Chris, and the entire Property Hub team have built an outstanding business by consistently putting their people, clients and community first,” Friebe said.
“Their continued growth demonstrates what’s possible when strong leadership, great culture and an unwavering commitment to service come together.”
