Belle Property has opened a new office in Greater Sydney’s south-west, as the market strengthens surrounding the Western Sydney International Airport.
The new Belle Property Camden | Picton | Macarthur office, located in Camden, will be led by principals Luke Mannion, Anna Younan, and Tanya Gilbert, an established local team.
With the trio totalling several decades of experience across residential sales, rural property, developments, and property management, the new venture will strengthen the network’s position in the growing market in Sydney’s south-west.
Gilbert said joining the network was an easy decision as their values aligned.
“Their philosophy of ‘Better, Fewer, People’ perfectly reflects who we are and how we approach our work every day,” Gilbert said.
Mannion said that joining the network enhanced the office’s ability to service clients in the Macarthur region as demand climbs, driven by infrastructure investment and the impending launch of the Western Sydney International Airport.
“Camden, Picton, and Macarthur have always been more than just a market to us. It’s our community,” Mannion said.
He said the office would continue to provide strong results and lasting value for their clients and the community they serve.
Younan said the decision to join the network strengthened opportunities for both the team and its clients.
“For me, joining Belle Property is about people,” Younan said.
“It creates opportunities for ongoing training, professional development, career progression and long-term growth for years to come. Most importantly, it strengthens our ability to serve clients and our community.”
Belle Property NSW head of state Andrew Robinson said it was the shared values of the team and the network that played a significant factor in their decision to join forces.
“Luke, Anna, and Tanya have built an outstanding reputation across the Macarthur region through their commitment to service, professionalism and strong community relationships.”
“We look forward to supporting their continued growth and seeing the positive impact they will make across this important and rapidly evolving market.”
