The network has expanded its footprint across Victoria, appointing two experienced leaders to strengthen its services.
The Agency has launched two new teams in Geelong and the Mornington Peninsula, as the network seeks to strengthen its foothold in prominent Victorian lifestyle markets
Leading the Mornington Peninsula office will be Adam Alexander, while Jason Cook will take the helm of the network’s Greater Geelong branch.
With more than two decades of experience under his belt, Alexander and his team will serve Dromana, Rosebud, and surrounds.
Alexander said that he, his wife Hollie, and the team were driven to join the network for its culture and leadership.
“The Agency brings together high-performing agents across the country and its centralised business model allows me to do what I do best, which is work with clients,” Alexander said.
The Agency Victoria general manager of sales, Michael Wood, said that Alexander’s understanding of and passion for the community made him a valuable addition to the network.
“Adam’s ability to combine calm negotiation, strategic thinking and a strong work ethic has seen him achieve outstanding results throughout his career, including leading high-performing teams while continuing to be recognised as an award-winning agent and auctioneer,” Wood said.
Meanwhile, with more than 20 years of industry experience, Cook will serve Geelong and its surrounds.
Similarly, Cook said he was drawn to the network for its alignment with his own client-first values.
“Successful results are built on trust, clear communication and genuine relationships, taking the time to understand what matters most to each client and developing tailored strategies,” Cook said.
Wood said the network would benefit from Cook's market experience, having specialised in Geelong for the past eight years.
“A proud local, Jason brings an in-depth understanding of the communities, along with a true appreciation for the lifestyle that makes the region so special,” Wood said.
