After a decade as an agent with Stone, a property professional has taken up a new challenge, becoming a principal of a branch on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Stone Real Estate has announced that long-time local David Hayden will take ownership of the network’s Northern Beaches office.
Hayden will now lead the Stone Forest office, where he will continue to leverage his existing connections built over more than 20 years working in the local community.
The network said the appointment reinforces its commitment to growing successful offices and strong local leadership.
Stone Real Estate head of franchise Luke Cameron said that Hayden’s transition into ownership was a natural progression for his career, given his standing within the network.
“David has spent the past decade building an incredible reputation within Stone and the Forest community. His success has been driven by his professionalism, his commitment to clients and his ability to build genuine relationships,” Cameron said.
“David has the ambition, experience and local understanding to take Stone Forest into its next phase of growth.”
Hayden said taking on an ownership role gave him the opportunity to continue to build something meaningful in his local community.
“Having grown up in the area, I have always had a strong connection to the Forest community,” Hayden said.
“The Northern Beaches is an incredible market, and we’re excited about the opportunity ahead.”
He said that his focus for the office would be to strengthen its service by building a strong team of professionals.
“Our focus will be on attracting talented agents and support staff who share our values, while continuing to provide an exceptional experience for every client we work with.”
