OBrien Real Estate has unveiled its latest brand refresh, bringing a new look to its Victorian network.

OBrien Real Estate has refreshed its brand, introducing a new logo, visual and verbal identity, and colour palette across its Victorian network.

The agency said the refreshed branding would be rolled out across offices, property campaigns, signage, digital platforms, and communications, while retaining the O'Brien name.

Managing director Dean O’Brien said the change reflected how the business had evolved since launching in 2010.

“We’ve spent 16 years building OBrien around people, relationships, performance and trust. But strong businesses don’t stand still,” O’Brien said.

“You have to keep evolving, keep challenging yourself and keep raising the standard.”

“This is about taking everything we’ve built and elevating it, our brand, our communication, our client experience and ultimately the outcomes we deliver.”

O’Brien said that the new branding centres on people, connection and possibility, while the agency will continue using its “Can You Picture It?” platform for property marketing.

He said real estate ultimately came down to people, with agents involved in some of the biggest moments and decisions of their clients’ lives.

“Our job is not simply to market property. It’s to understand people, create connection and help them see what’s possible.”

The agency has also retained its “That’s Obsessively OBrien” positioning, which O’Brien said represented the standards expected across the business.

“Being obsessive means caring about the details. It means constantly asking how we can be better, better marketing, better communication, better technology, better service and better outcomes.”

He said the agency would continue evolving alongside technology and shifting consumer expectations, with the business focused on anticipating change rather than waiting to respond to it.

“This is more than a new look for OBrien. It represents the next chapter of our business and more connected, more progressive and more focused on possibility.”
