One Agency has continued to pursue strong expansion plans, with a new Southern Highlands office joining the brand, bringing the total to a dozen for 2026.

One Agency has launched a new office in Bowral, marking the 12th new office for the network since the beginning of the year.

The new office, operating as One Agency Southern Highlands Property, will be led by co-founding partners Ian Watts, Eric Wilkinson, and Kevin Goodman.

The trio brings decades of experience across sales, negotiation, leadership, and market knowledge.

The office will look to cover the highly regarded market in Bowral and the Wingecarribee Shire, which features a diverse range of properties, including prestige residential, historical, rural and lifestyle,

Longtime local Ian Watts said the leadership team would ensure the new office is well positioned to meet the needs of clients in the area.

“We know this market, we live in this community, and we understand the responsibility that comes with representing someone’s most significant asset,” Watts said.

“Our ambition is to build the most trusted and respected real estate business in the Southern Highlands, with exceptional service at the centre of everything we do.”

One Agency founder and CEO Paul Davies said the opening of the new office marked a significant addition to the group as it continues to expand.

“Reaching our 12th new office for the year is a fantastic milestone, but for us, growth has never simply been about adding numbers to the network,” Davies said.

“It is about attracting experienced, ambitious operators who share our belief in independence, exceptional client service and building strong, sustainable real estate business.”

Kevin Goodman said the office would leverage the varied range of experiences across its leadership team.

“We each bring something different to the business, but we share the same fundamental approach in putting the client first and working tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome,” Goodman said.

One Agency has undergone significant expansion in recent years, with 24 offices joining the network in 2025.

Davies said that agents continued to be drawn to the network by its independent business model, which allowed them to retain autonomy while leveraging the established brand's systems.

“The calibre of people joining One Agency demonstrates that experienced real estate professionals are increasingly looking for a model that gives them both independence and the infrastructure to build something of their own.”
