An independent agency has rebranded under Noel Jones Real Estate as the network continues its expansion into Melbourne’s south-east.
Noel Jones Real Estate has strengthened its presence in Melbourne’s south-east, with established independent agency Living Victoria joining the network.
Noel Jones said the new office was a milestone as it approaches its 50th year in Melbourne real estate.
The new office will continue to be led by David and Krystina Curran alongside their existing team, operating as Noel Jones Carrum Downs and servicing Carrum Downs, Skye, Frankston North, and Sandhurst.
The couple said that joining Noel Jones represents the next stage in the growth of the business, allowing the team to build on what had already been established locally.
“We’ve spent years building relationships across Carrum Downs, Skye, Frankston North, and Sandhurst, and joining Noel Jones gives us the systems, support and brand strength to do even more for our clients,” David Curran said.
“We’re excited about this next stage and about bringing the Noel Jones name into a community we already know so well.”
Additionally, the network said the two businesses were a natural fit, sharing a strong commitment to supporting the communities they serve through local partnerships, sponsorships, and initiatives including Urban Life and Challenge.
“What excites me about Carrum Downs is that we’re not simply putting a Noel Jones sign up in a new area,” said Ray Ellis, chairman of Noel Jones Real Estate.
“It gives us the opportunity to take what we do well into another part of Melbourne, while combining that with David and Krystina’s local knowledge and relationships. I think that’s a very good foundation for the next stage of growth for both businesses.”
