A top-performing local agent has joined the network after more than a decade operating her own boutique agency, bolstering Place’s presence in Brisbane’s inner west.
Place has announced the addition of experienced local agent Anna Samios to its Kangaroo Point office, led by Simon Caulfield, Michael Bacon, and Courtney Caulfield.
Samios joins the network after leading her own agency, Nobel Realtors, for more than a decade in Corinda, Sherwood, Graceville, and Chelmer in Brisbane’s inner west.
As a leading agent in her area, Samios said she had built her career based on communication throughout the entire process.
“This is a people industry first and foremost, and the best results come from strong relationships, honest communication, and being there when your clients need you,” Samios said.
“You need to understand the home, the seller and the buyer pool before you can build the right strategy and create the competition that achieves the best possible price.”
Samios said she decided to join the network after purchasing a home through the office.
Following the transaction, Michael Bacon stayed in contact, recognising the scale of the business she had developed as a boutique agency operator.
Bacon said that through the process, he witnessed her ability to connect with people.
“She’s warm, direct and incredibly switched on. You could see she’d built a strong business because clients trust her and I knew she would be a brilliant fit,” Bacon said.
Simon Caulfield said the appointment of Samios would significantly strengthen the office’s ability to service Brisbane’s inner west.
“Anna has built an exceptional reputation through hard work, care and an extraordinary commitment to her clients.”
“She knows that great results come from understanding the seller’s circumstances, preparing the home properly, knowing the buyer pool and managing every conversation with purpose,” Caulfield said.
