REB’s Women in Real Estate (WIRE) Awards is back, with submissions now open to recognise the women shaping Australia’s real estate industry.
Last held in 2021, the WIRE Awards returns in 2026 to shine a spotlight on the women making their mark across real estate.
From agency leadership and sales to property management and commercial property, the awards recognise the women driving change across the profession.
For decades, women have helped build high-performing agencies, lead teams, guide clients through major financial decisions, embrace new technology and mentor the next generation, yet their contribution has too often gone unrecognised.
The WIRE Awards provides an opportunity to change that, giving the industry a platform to celebrate the women setting new benchmarks and making a lasting impact across the profession.
This year’s program features 21 categories recognising individual and group achievement across leadership, sales, auctioneering, commercial real estate, mentoring and emerging leadership.

Among others, categories include Agency Principal of the Year, Agent of the Year, Auctioneer of the Year, Commercial Real Estate Professional of the Year, Mentor of the Year and Young Leader of the Year.
The group categories recognise the teams and initiatives driving change across the industry, including Innovation of the Year, Property Management Team of the Year, Sales Team of the Year, Training and Development Program of the Year, and Wellbeing Program/Initiative of the Year.
The 2026 WIRE Awards is proudly backed by principal partner Domain, with AML Partners supporting the program as a Gold partner.
Submit an entry or nominate a colleague or business to the WIRE Awards 2026 before Wednesday, 7 October 2026, with finalists announced on Wednesday, 28 October 2026.
The program will culminate in a black-tie gala at Hilton Sydney on Thursday, 26 November 2026, where the winners will be announced and recognised alongside some of the industry’s leading women and professionals.
About the awards
The WIRE Awards is a national awards program dedicated to recognising the outstanding achievements of women across Australia’s real estate profession.
The program celebrates individuals and teams across residential sales, property management, commercial real estate, agency leadership, operations, technology, marketing, innovation and customer experience.
Submissions will be assessed through an independent judging process by a panel of industry leaders, with finalists progressing to the black-tie gala where the winners will take home their awards.
Returning after its last edition in 2021, the WIRE Awards provides a platform to recognise the women whose work is helping set the standard for the industry.
