The network has rebranded an independent agency in Melbourne’s west, leveraging decades of experience and strong community ties.
One Agency has enhanced its presence in Melbourne’s western corridor by launching an office combining industry experience with local knowledge.
The office, operating as One Agency Peak Realty, rebranded from the independent agency Urban PSP, will be led by director Jagjit Singh.
With more than a decade of real estate experience, Singh said rebranding his independent agency under the network was the next stage of growth for the business.
“We had already experienced independent business ownership and knew how important it was for us to retain control over the way we operate and serve our clients,” Singh said.
“What appealed to us about One Agency was that we could maintain that independence while gaining recognition, network and support of an established real estate brand.”
In the office leadership, Singh will be supported by partner Yashwant Subedi and sales head and chief auctioneer Nikhil Jude Dsouza.
As a former representative of Nepal’s under-19 cricket side, Subedi has fostered a deep connection to Melbourne’s Nepalese community.
He said the network’s model provided the right balance of independence and established brand strength.
“We wanted a model that would allow us to make decisions locally, respond to the needs of our clients and community, and continue building our own business, while still having the credibility and resources of a recognised network,” Subedi said.
Similarly, Dsouza brings more than 15 years of industry experience to the office.
Dsouza said his dual role as sales agent and auctioneer would allow the office to provide clients with continuity throughout the sales and auction process.
“We can operate the business in a way that works for our clients and our local market, but we also have a polished, professional brand and an experienced network supporting us,” Dsouza said.
Operating across Melbourne’s western corridor, Singh said the office would leverage the community reach of its leadership to service clients in Truganina, Williams Landing and surrounding communities.
He said the region was supported by population growth, infrastructure investment and demand from first-home buyers, young families, owner-occupiers and investors alike.
“Melbourne’s west is an incredibly diverse and active property market, and local knowledge and relationships make a genuine difference.”
“We live and work in these communities, and we understand the people who are buying, selling and investing here,” Singh said.
