Dynamic Methods has extended its partnership with REIWA in a bid to bolster digital transactions across the state

The Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) and software company Dynamic Methods have extended their partnership, securing REI Forms Live’s future.

Dynamic Methods maintains the technology for REI Forms Live, while REIWA develops and maintains the official forms for use on the platform.

The renewed agreement will ensure real estate professionals retain access to the regularly updated platform while creating a path to faster workflows, stronger integrations, and enhanced security.

REIWA CEO Blaine Slater said the partnership would continue to provide certainty across the industry, with REI Forms Live deeply embedded in professionals’ day-to-day operations.

“Renewing our partnership with Dynamic Methods gives members confidence that the platform they know and trust will continue to be supported, strengthened and improved, without the disruption of changing systems,” Slater said.

“This partnership allows REIWA to remain focused on delivering trusted forms, legal guidance and member support, while Dynamic Methods continues investing in the technology that powers the platform.”

Dynamic Methods CEO David Howell said the agreement represented a new chapter for the organisations.

“Our focus is clear: deliver dependable technology, make transactions easier and continue evolving the platform around the real-world needs of Western Australian agents,” Howell said.

“Together with REIWA, we now have the opportunity to build on what already works and deliver meaningful innovation that saves members time, reduces complexity and helps them conduct business with confidence.”

Under the partnership, Dynamic Methods and REIWA will deliver a shared roadmap for the state focused on more intuitive transaction workflows, improved document management and expanded integrations with industry platforms.

Similarly, the roadmap would promote continued investment in security and reliability, new functionality based on member feedback and a more fluid user experience.

The available forms are professionally drafted for Western Australia’s property professionals and meet the state’s legislative and regulatory requirements.

Slater said that after the Tranche 2 reforms were implemented nationwide on 1 July 2026, REIWA ensured the platform had updated forms that met the new requirements.

“When members use an official REIWA form through REI Forms Live, they receive more than just a document.”

“They benefit from the legal expertise, industry consultation and ongoing review behind that form, as well as confidence that they are using the latest approved version,” Slater said.
