REB’s Women in Real Estate (WIRE) Awards return in 2026 to celebrate the women and teams making an impact across Australia’s real estate profession.
Returning after last being held in 2021, the awards shine a spotlight on outstanding achievements across residential sales, property management, commercial real estate, agency leadership, mentoring and emerging leadership.
Submissions are now open for the 2026 WIRE Awards, with entries closing on Wednesday, 7 October 2026.

This year’s program features 21 individual and group categories, including Agency Principal of the Year, Agent of the Year, Auctioneer of the Year, Commercial Real Estate Professional of the Year, Mentor of the Year and Young Leader of the Year.
Group categories include Innovation of the Year, Property Management Team of the Year, Sales Team of the Year, Training and Development Program of the Year, and Wellbeing Program/Initiative of the Year.

Finalists will be announced on Wednesday, 28 October 2026, before the program culminates in a black-tie gala at Hilton Sydney on Thursday, 26 November 2026, where the winners will be announced and celebrated alongside some of the industry’s leading women and professionals.
About the awards
The WIRE Awards are a national awards program dedicated to recognising the outstanding achievements of women across Australia’s real estate profession.
The program celebrates individuals and teams across residential sales, property management, commercial real estate, agency leadership, operations, technology, marketing, innovation and customer experience.
Submissions will be assessed through an independent judging process by a panel of industry leaders, with finalists progressing to the black-tie gala where the winners will take home their awards.
Returning after its 2021 edition, the WIRE Awards provide a platform to recognise the women whose work is helping set the standard for the industry.
