Nominations are now open for the 15th annual REB Awards, celebrating the professionals and businesses setting the benchmark for Australian real estate.
The REB Awards are marking a major milestone in 2027, returning for their 15th year to celebrate the people, teams and businesses shaping the Australian real estate profession.
For a decade and a half, the awards have highlighted the achievements of those raising standards across the industry.
This includes high-performing sales agents and property managers, agency leaders, buyer’s agents, auctioneers, marketers, innovators, and the businesses supporting them.
Success in real estate is rarely defined by a single transaction or strong quarter; it is built over time through consistently delivering results, earning clients’ trust, adapting to changing markets and finding new ways to improve.
The REB Awards showcase professionals and businesses delivering exceptional outcomes and making a meaningful contribution to the industry.
The 2027 program features 32 categories, including 19 individual, three corporate, and 10 company awards, giving professionals and businesses across the sector the opportunity to put their achievements forward.
Individual categories include Auctioneer of the Year, Buyer’s Agent of the Year, Principal of the Year, Property Manager of the Year, Sales Agent of the Year, Rising Star of the Year and Young Gun of the Year.

Corporate categories include Boutique Network of the Year, Major Network of the Year and Innovator of the Year – Company.
Company categories include Buyer’s Agency of the Year, New Office of the Year, Property Management Business of the Year, Sales Office of the Year and Training and Education Program of the Year.
The 32 categories span the breadth of the profession, giving individuals and businesses of different sizes and specialities the chance to put forward their achievements.

The winners will be announced at a black-tie gala at Royal Randwick, Sydney, on Thursday, 25 February 2027, bringing together the industry’s leading professionals to celebrate the 15th year of the awards.
