Global real estate services CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has reported their second most profitable year in the company’s history.

The company’s fourth quarter and full year results for 2010 show global revenue grew 27 per cent for the quarter and 23 per cent for the full year.

CBRE president and chief executive Tom Southern attributed the strong results to the company’s growth across the Pacific region.

“The growth from our residential projects business has been particularly pleasing, with the team now involved in a range of high profile apartment developments throughout NSW, Queensland, and Victoria,” Mr Southern said.

“Our office services division was responsible for some of the largest leasing transactions in the region in 2010, with major deals such as the 23,000 metre pre commitment by Marsh & Mclennan.”
