Starr Partners will open a new office in Sydney’s north western suburbs in February, in response to strong local demand.

The Carlingford office will officially open on 1 February and will be led by Richard Khoury, who joined the Starr Partners network after working for 12 years in the real estate industry.

The real estate company opened four offices in 2014, establishing franchises in Prestons, Minto, Dee Why and Rooty Hill.

Mr Khoury said he was excited to join the Starr Partners network and open the group’s 31st office.

“Carlingford is experiencing an influx of homeowners wanting to take advantage of new and affordable investment opportunities,” said Mr Khoury.

“We look forward to helping buyers and sellers to maximise opportunities in the area.”

Starr Partners chief executive Douglas Driscoll said the network achieved organic growth in both scale and innovation in 2014 and expects “it will be even bigger” in 2015.
