Mr Smollen was also previously a member of the renowned Sydney north shore operation of Smollen Franchise Group and touts years of sales and marketing experience in technology across North America, Properti has reported.

Commenting on his move across to the proptech, Mr Smollen said that having created and implemented McGrath’s corporate talent acquisition system, “it became clear that it is a critical time for agents to be empowered by their data”.

“It has always been important to me that agents are given access to tools that create a competitive advantage and can produce a better result for their client,” he said.

For Mr Smollen, his alliance with Properti “is a natural fit”.

“They create transparency and control for the agent in the digital space,” he concluded.
