Warwick Real Estate will now operate as Raine & Horne Warwick and Raine & Horne Rural Warwick; both among the first to be adorned with the network’s new branding.

Led by real estate agent Jodie Hughes, the newly rebranded Raine & Horne Warwick office at 126 Palmerin Street was reported to be one of the first offices across Australasia to showcase the new “sleek and sophisticated” signage which marks the first significant change to the network’s aesthetic since 2017.

Angus Raine, executive chairman of Raine & Horne, proclaimed his “delight that Jodie and her team are joining us at such a pivotal time in our history”, stating that “the refreshed identity will enhance our brand’s reputation and standing within the industry”.

Hughes was reported by Raine & Horne to bring with her a decade of real estate experience which has informed her negotiation expertise and strong interest in all things property.

Hughes also harbours a lifetime’s worth of knowledge of the Warwick area, in addition to extensive experience selling property within the area and greater region.

This keen insight comes at an opportune time for Raine & Horne, with Hughes describing the residential market in the Warwick region as “presently robust”.

The agency principal additionally described the rural property market within Warwick as “following a similar trend but is dependent on weather conditions and livestock pricing” this market opportunity influencing the addition of Raine & Horne Rural Warwick to the agency’s services which will specialise in dealing within this lucrative sector.

“Growing Warwick Real Estate from an independent, standalone business, and knowing we will now be able to reap the benefits of sharing in Raine & Horne’s extensive local knowledge, integrity, and the backing of a well-known super brand, is an exciting prospect for my business’s future,” Hughes stated.

In describing her future plans alongside Raine & Horne, Hughes cited in particular a desire to grow her team of eight staff members and maintain the positive relationships she has with clients while also expanding her agency’s property management arm.

“I look forward to expanding my offerings and services and helping more people find their dream property,” Hughes expressed.

“My highly experienced team and myself are ready to embrace a fresh new start with Raine & Horne,” she concluded.
