The recent quarterly awards highlighted many of the groups’ top agents and acknowledged them for their outstanding contributions. One particular rising star, Michael McClure, recently sat down to reveal what he attributes his incredible success to and why he loves being a part of the Eview Group ‘village’.
This down to earth family man and former carpenter brings his signature tenacious work ethic to what is now a ten year career as a high performing sales agent. As well as hard work, an authentic passion for real estate and sheer dedication to great outcomes for his clients, Michael attributes a big part of his success to the unwavering support and guidance he has been afforded by the top-tier of the Eview Group leadership team. Detailing the personalised and consistent mentoring he receives, Michael revealed it was within one of these countless sessions, where the idea of a PA was floated. ‘Having regular in-house, one-on-one business strategy meetings not only helps identify current areas of refinement, but by acknowledging my business and personal goals, we are able to easily identify and formulate realistic pathways to success’.
‘Engaging a PA was the turning point for my growth, and it’s opened up so much time, and flexibility, enabling me to concentrate on listing and selling, and of course, building those relationships,’ Michael continues. ‘I went from an agent working long hours, struggling to divide my time equally between family and work, to an agent happy to divide and conquer, enabling my PA and myself, the ability to focus on our strengths. The first year with a personal assistance, my GCI grew by $229k, and I enjoyed three months off, and expanded my family with the addition of our first child. The following year, I matched the GCI and continued to reach my goal of taking three months off. For anyone struggling with the long hours, and the exhaustion that comes from battling work that doesn’t achieve personal ‘flow’, I would recommend a PA; they seriously are life-changing.’ adds, Michael.

For Micheal, the cherry on the top is giving back to the company that helped make him such a success. ‘Working within my own brand and business has been so fulfilling, and now I cannot wait to share my learnings with the more ‘inexperienced’ agents that start their journey within our network, passing on the wisdom that has been so graciously passed on to me during my time at Eview Group’.
