InvestorKit is a leading data-driven property investment advisory firm, recognised as REB Buyer’s Agency of the Year three times in the past four years (2023, 2024 and 2026). Built on a rigorous research methodology and one of the most comprehensive due diligence frameworks in Australia, InvestorKit empowers Australians to make property investment decisions grounded in data rather than speculation.

Since inception, InvestorKit has supported more than 1,850 clients across over 2,600 property purchases nationwide. They’ve facilitated over $1.4 billion in real estate transactions, generating over $500 million in equity for their clients and consistently delivering outperformance against national benchmarks.

What sets InvestorKit apart, and how has that contributed to your multiple award nominations?

Being named a finalist in 13 categories at the Australian Buyer’s Agent Awards 2026, the highest number of nominations for any buyer’s agency in Australia, reflects the breadth and depth of our business.

These nominations span leadership, innovation, technology, marketing, research, and both residential and commercial performance.

At an executive level, our CEO and Head of Research, Arjun Paliwal, has been recognised for Director of the Year and Influencer of the Year.

At a business level, we have been recognised for Buyers Agency of the Year (Residential Investment), as well as Innovator of the Year (Residential), Marketing Campaign of the Year, Social Impact & Community Contribution, and Technology Platform of the Year for our EDGE client portal.

Our commercial division, led by Chris Huxter, has also been recognised across multiple categories, including Buyer’s Agency of the Year (Commercial Investment), Commercial Buyers Agent of the Year, Commercial Due Diligence Specialist of the Year, and Innovator of the Year (Commercial).

In addition, our team members have received individual recognition, with Max Jennings nominated for Research & Acquisition Specialist of the Year – Residential Investment, and Mehul Patel nominated for Rising Star of the Year.

What ties all of these together is a consistent focus on performance, innovation and structure. We are one of the few firms with a dedicated research and technology division, and we apply a highly selective, data-driven approach that filters out approximately 92 percent of opportunities we assess.

Since 2018, our property selections have outperformed the national average by approximately 1.75 to 3.4 times depending on the year.

These outcomes, combined with strong client experience and internal capability, are what have contributed to recognition across such a wide range of categories.

How do you ensure consistent, high-quality client service across the business?

Consistency in service is built through structure, accountability and leadership.

Every client begins with a clearly defined strategy, developed by a dedicated strategist aligned to their long-term goals. From there, inspired by private banking models, specialist teams across research, acquisitions and operations deliver each stage of the journey.

We have also built the largest leadership teams within the buyer’s agency sector in Australia. This ensures that every division is supported and that no part of the client experience is left to chance.

Client satisfaction is closely measured. We maintain a Net Promoter Score above 90 and have over 700 five-star Google reviews, reflecting consistent outcomes across a growing client base.

Importantly, our model is designed around long-term partnerships rather than one-off transactions, which allows us to support clients well beyond the initial acquisition.

What defines your commercial division’s approach and performance in the market?

Our commercial division operates with the same disciplined, research-led approach that underpins the broader business. However, we don’t view commercial and residential as separate investment channels to be executed in isolation. Instead, we act as portfolio strategists and researchers, focused on identifying the right asset class, in the right market, to align with each client’s long-term objectives.

Every opportunity is assessed through a structured framework that considers yield, tenant profile, lease security and long-term demand drivers. This is complemented by integrated research across both residential and commercial markets, allowing us to tailor portfolio construction to the individual. For some investors, that means commercial assets; for others, residential, or a strategic combination of both.

This tailored approach ensures clients are positioned for long-term performance, rather than simply being supported through a single transaction.

The strength of this philosophy is reflected in the recognition of the commercial team across multiple award categories at the Australian Buyer’s Agent Awards 2026, spanning agency performance, individual performance, innovation and due diligence, highlighting not just the results achieved, but the robustness of the process behind them.

How do you foster and develop emerging talent within your team?

Talent development is a core part of how we scale the business.

We invest heavily in training, mentorship and continuous learning to ensure that every team member is equipped with both technical expertise and practical experience.

All team members undertake ongoing professional development, and we are proud to be the only buyer’s agency whose entire acquisitions division has completed certified negotiation training through the Australian Institute of Management, setting a consistently high standard across the organisation.

We also place strong emphasis on internal support structures. With experienced leadership across each division, team members are guided in their progression and encouraged to take ownership of their growth.

This emphasis on personal excellence has contributed to individual recognition within the team, including Rising Star and Residential Research & Acquisition Specialist of the Year nominations at the Australian Buyer’s Agent Awards 2026, reflecting the strength of our people development.

What are your key goals for the next five years?

Over the next five years, our focus is on expanding our impact while maintaining the same level of performance and discipline.

A key milestone is helping clients collectively generate more than $1 billion in equity through strategic property investing.

We will continue to invest in research, technology and team development, including further enhancements to our Evaluation, Data & Growth Engine (EDGE) platform and expansion of our national presence.

At the same time, we remain committed to maintaining high standards. Consistent outperformance, strong client outcomes and disciplined growth will remain the priority.

The recognition as finalists in 13 categories at the Australian Buyer’s Agent Awards 2026 reinforces the direction we are heading, but our focus remains on continuing to raise the benchmark for data-driven property advisory in Australia.
