A property management drive by one of Australia’s most recognised networks has secured an additional $350 million in properties under management.

From June to October, LJ Hooker’s Northern Beaches sales agents and property managers from Manly to Palm Beach challenged each other to generate the most organic growth in rentals supported by an Audi A1 giveaway.

For every new property management secured during the campaign period, the individual or team received a ticket to go into the prize draw for the Audi.

Almost 100 people turned out at Audi’s Mosman dealership on Wednesday morning for a reveal breakfast at the culmination of the rental drive.

The Audi A1, valued at $38,990, was driven away by LJ Hooker Forest, which entered the competition as an office team.

Amy Sanderson, LJ Hooker’s head of property management, said that the initiative showcased the network’s comprehensive service offering.

“LJ Hooker’s Northern Beaches group is the leader in property management along the peninsula, and the campaign reinforced the breadth of our knowledge and services in the area,” Ms Sanderson said.

“Our property managers are trained to go above and beyond in customer experience.

“The results from the campaign displayed how investors appreciate the scope of our management services and professional advice.”

She said that it also demonstrated how LJ Hooker offices combine to achieve shared goals.

Australia’s top-ranked agent in the REB Top 100 Agents ranking, Alexander Phillips, from Phillips Pantzer Donnelly, was the guest speaker at the breakfast, sharing his knowledge and insights.

Also, LJ Hooker Seaforth’s Chloe Dalton won a $500 dining voucher at Bathers Pavilion and a weekend driving experience in an Audi convertible.
