The Ray White Group has announced the introduction of two recognition categories for its elite performers in the field of property management and business development.
The first recognition award, Alan White Elite – Property Management Business, was awarded to 27 offices across Australia, and the second, Property Management – Business Development, was awarded to 10 offices from Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales.
Ray White head of property management Emily Sim said that she was honoured to announce the recognition of the Alan White Elites for property management.
“This is an incredible time in the history of Ray White property management and we’re thrilled to announce and celebrate our businesses that have reached this outstanding accomplishment,” Ms Sim said.
“Our Alan White Elite performers are businesses who strive for growth, improved profitability, client satisfaction and they’re the largest property management network in Australia.”
Ms Sim said that this is a significant move for the business.
“We join together in appreciation of their position as some of the strongest property management businesses in the Australian real estate industry.
“It’s more than appropriate we unite as a network to acknowledge we have industry best businesses and leaders for property management. This is an industry now accepted as a true business specialty and continues as the ‘backbone’ of a real estate operation.”
Ms Sim said that the criteria for the first category is 850 properties under management or $1,800,000.00 in gross revenue, and for the second it is 150 gross new managements.
