A new real estate group is striving to take the stress out of being a first home buyer.

Qfirst Property Investment is opening its first office in Blacktown, NSW, on Saturday, after identifying a gap in the market.

“I’ve found that in my many years of experience in the real estate industry, most first home buyers and investors are overwhelmed when it comes to entering the property market,” Qfirst Propertys Marites Novis said.

This company aims to help guide and offer advice to first home buyers to help them get on the property ladder, she said.

“As a realtor, Ive seen many younger people struggle to get a property, which is why I am happy to mentor and explain the process.”

In the past, Ms Novis has hosted seminars aimed explicitly at first home buyers and investors, to help them better understand the ins and outs of the property market.

This new venture is part of Ms Novis way of doing real estate, where she focuses on strong relationships with her clients.

“I would describe Qfirst Property Investment Group as the new frontier of the real estate industry,” she said.

Qfirst Propertys office officially opens on 5 October 2019.
