Direct Connect will be integrated with REIQ's One Touch Execution powered by Hutly.
Direct Connect has been a long term supporter of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ). As the REIQ leads the Queensland real estate industry as its peak professional body, their latest ‘One Touch Execution’, powered by Hutly, provides property managers with contactless contract signing for all their Form 18a needs.
Direct Connect is in full support of the REIQ’s continued endeavours to improve the working tools it can offer to members. This will include providing an increasing digital experience to lead Queensland real estate professionals into the most efficient processes, while Direct Connect can ensure the mover’s connections are taken care of too.
From next week, ‘One Touch Execution’ users will be able to submit their connections through to Direct Connect, by simply activating their “utility integration” and selecting Direct Connect. This updated feature will provide new and existing ‘One Touch Execution’ users an easy way to ensure their movers will have the lights on when they need it.
Going forward, Direct Connect and REIQ see this as only one of many ways to support their valued partners and members through technology-led service especially in the property management industry.
