The Coronis Group has welcomed two new partners to the fold, moving the brand closer to its goal of nationwide expansion.

The winner of Major Independent of the Year – 4 or more offices at the REB Awards 2020 has just announced its launch into the Victorian market, welcoming Lia Jagielka into the team.

It’s been a huge 12 months for the brand, having expanded into Western Australia, North Queensland and New South Wales in the last 12 months alone.

Coronis Now director Jodie Stainton is “over the moon” to welcome Ms Jagielka, commenting that “not only is she launching the Coronis brand in Victoria, but she already has an existing portfolio of 125 properties that she has built herself, meaning collectively our Coronis Now partners now manage more than 370 properties together which is a really exciting milestone for us”.

Property management veteran of 10 years Joy Robertson has also chosen Coronis to launch her own business “and join our community of Coronis Now partners”, the company has announced.

According to Ms Stainton, “both of these women pride themselves on delivering quality customer service to both their landlords and tenants, and by partnering with Coronis, they can control all their clients’ experiences, which is the beauty about our model”.

“Lia and Joy will definitely add great value to our community, so a big welcome to the both of them,” she said.

For Ms Jagielka, it was the flexible hours and lifestyle factors that attracted her to the Coronis Now business model.

She said: “Going out on your own is definitely challenging, but extremely rewarding.

“As a business owner, I’m thrilled to join their venture not only to grow professionally but to help grow the Coronis brand in Victoria as well.”

Ms Stainton said there are now 24 Coronis partners working throughout Australia “who are building their own business and asset but are supported by the Coronis engine in terms of their marketing, CRM and operating systems”.

She has expressed extreme pride around “what we’ve achieved in providing property management and sales professionals with a platform to build their worth on their terms”.

According to the director, Coronis is now working towards its next milestone — 60 partners and 1,000 properties under management — all within the next 12 months.

Calling it “really exciting”, Ms Stainton said: “I am surrounded by so many inspirational and motivated people who are changing up the real estate industry, and it makes me so proud.”
