The rent roll of a long-running Wyndham agency has been taken over by Reliance Point Cook.
Ravi Gupta and Janet Westwood, the duo in charge of the Reliance Point Cook team, have revealed their acquisition of the Eview Werribee rent roll, bolstering their position in the Point Cook marketplace.
Over the 11 years it was in operation, the Eview team had amassed a rent roll of over 370 properties, all of which will now be absorbed into the Reliance Point Cook operation.
This strategic acquisition, which included employment of three of their (Eview) team members plus a substantial rent roll, “will boost Reliance Point Cook’s market share exponentially”, said Mr Gupta, director of real estate at Reliance.
Ms Westwood, Reliance Point Cook office manager, has commented: “We are all looking forward to having Megan, Alena and Kristy join our Point Cook team and provide them with the support and growth they’ve been searching for.”
Chief executive of the Reliance network Sunil Kumar has weighed in on the announcement, commenting: “I am incredibly proud of the Point Cook team; expanding our client base through rent roll acquisition means we can dominate our core market to further enhance our mission of helping people to fulfil their property dreams and provide a better platform to our team.”
It’s the second acquisition for Reliance Point Cook, which added 670 properties and 11 employees to its roll back in November 2020.
Thanks to the latest acquisition, the team now handles more than 1,200 properties.
