A familiar face has rejoined Harcourts’ property management team, bringing renewed energy to the slate and hitting the ground running from day one.

Nicole Geissler, who formerly operated under the Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville office for a number of years, has been welcomed back as the property operations manager for Harcourts Queensland.

Touted as a professional who is “passionate about client relationships”, Ms Geissler’s focus on her new role is to “work with businesses to grow and energise the teams”.

Karmen Costigan, head of property management for Australia, welcomed the seasoned property management professional “back to the blue team”.

“Maintaining high expectations of herself while superbly representing the Harcourts brand, she is a perfect fit for the role of property management operations manager,” Ms Costigan stated.

Mitch Peereboom, chief executive of Harcourts Queensland, described Ms Geissler as “a dynamic young professional who is aligned with our vision for the future”.

“We have enormous depth in our property management teams across the state and we wanted a leader who would not only be exceptional operationally, but also drive and support our people with growth.”

With the group currently overseeing over 14,000 properties throughout the Sunshine State, Mr Peerebom is optimistic Ms Geissler “will make a significant impact on our property management business going forward”.

Originally from North Queensland, Ms Geissler made the move to Brisbane in 2019 to pursue her passion for real estate.

Drawing from her 11 years of diverse experience with roles ranging from receptionist to team leader, Ms Geissler expressed her confidence in providing “a wealth of knowledge to the industry”.

Stepping into the role, Ms Geissler has reportedly wasted no time and conducted training sessions at various Harcourts Queensland branches.

“Harcourts’ amazing culture and values means that I can hit the ground running and concentrate on building great connections with each of the businesses.

“I’m looking forward to helping our Queensland team in delivering the finest experience in property management,” she stated.
